Hi

Am trying to solidify a multiphase [al & si] using VOF model, i got results for the solidification but when i gave rotational condition [i.e for centrifugal casting], the solution is diverged and solidification is not completed. please help me here...

I have tried to use my telepathic powers to read your computer's memory, to see what could be the reason why your simulation diverged. I looked at your mesh settings, at your model settings, at the way your residuals moved, and which residual diverged first, in which region this occured, and if there was anything special about this region.
Then I tried to use my telekinetic powers to change your simulation such that it no longer diverges.

Did it work?

If it did not work, then my telepathic and telekinetic powers are not sufficient to help you with this limited information. In that case, if you want help from me, you will really have to give more information about your case.
