Default How can I get pressure distribution between two grid points

Dear every,

I am new to Fluent and want to get pressure distribution of a wall, for example a plate. Using the Export>ASCII file, the data is write at discrete grid points.
My question is that how can I get the information of pressure or velocity between the grid points.
