Patm inlet+Patm outlet->why pressure variation in the duct?

Hello,

I am on the project where I have to study the pressure variation of tornado in a duct but first I want to verify if I put the right boundary conditions.

So I have done a classic rectangular duct 500*500*2000mm->Basic meshing->Fluent: Viscous-invicid. Operating condition->Operating pressure: 0Pa. Inlet: 101325 Pa (total) outlet: 101325Pa. I run calculation (50 iterations). And I obtain the following figure.
For static and total pressure, there is a variation of pressure in the duct. But why? There is Patm at inlet and at outlet... On the figure, there is 81749.2 Pa on inlet and 101325 on outlet. It's really strange.
Any explaination? I would be very grateful.
