I am trying to simulate a pipe rotating around de x axis (see, please, the drawing attached). I have defined "A" as a mass flow inlet and "B" as pressure oulet = 0

Can anyone tell me if I have to select mesh motion or frame motion in cell zone condition? And which is the difference between them?

(I have tried both and they give differente solutions concerning to generated pressure)

Thank you!!!

Mesh Motion is used when when it's important to capture the unsteadiness in the flow, this approach comes under Sliding/Dynamic Mesh , Whereas the frame motion is used in SRF/MRF approach where unsteadiness is not captured
Dynamic Mesh is computationally more expensive
