Top BC for ABL flow

Hi
In ABL flow, it's recommended to set a constant shear stress at top boundary of the domain If I specify a shear stress at top boundary, how can I set the wall motion in fluent? Stationary wall or moving wall? Hope somebody can help me sort it out Thanks |
