Doubt with axisymmetric body

Hi dudes. I have a problem with the calculation of the forces in an axisymmetric body. Im studying with Fluent an air intake which could be considered axysimmetric. I chose the option "axysimmetric" in the solver .

When Im doing the postprocessing, if I try to calculate the forces (Thrust or Drag) I know that these forces are applied in a 2D body, and I want to estimate that forces in the whole body, I want to translate 2D forces in 3D forces, so I have to do an integral. In this case, it is a circumference, so I can use a factor, but I dont know which factor. Is it 2*PI, or 2*PI*r (r=radius) or any other factor?

Can anyone solve my doubt?

Thank you very much. Regards
