How can I create a solution of NaOH?

Good Afternoon,
I'm trying to create a reaction which includes NaOH (2.3%) and ethyl acetate (5%). I was able to easily create the ethyl acetate solution but I don't know how to create the NaOH because this substance is not at the data base. Thanks in advance, |
