Electric motor: ANSOFT & Fluent

Hi everyone!
I'm working on thermal distribution of a electric motor (Squirrel-cage type)! ANSOFT MAXWELL results of the motor are available for me! In your idea, is it better to coupling ANSOFT with Fluent or enter the heat generation values manually? and if you prefer manually input, is best way to defining heat generation using source term?
