What is Parcel in DPM model?

Hello all.

I'm modeling a water spray which is in cross flow with hot air.
So the hot air which has a high velocity, about 500 m/s, cause the water drops to breakup to small droplets and evaporate.

But as far as I investigated, the rate of evaporation completely depends on your Parcel which is non sense!

I tried Parcel mass = 1e-5 Kg, 1e-6 Kg, 1e-7 Kg, 1e-8 Kg and the evaporated mass become less and less as I decrease Parcel mass.

I've read what is in the manual and I know it is a group of Particles. but I need to know more about it as for example what is Parcel diameter and what is parcel mass?
I assumed parcel mass is sum of its particles mass but seems it is not. as you can give a big diameter for particle "set injection properties" so mass of a particle become too large and then give the parcel mas a small number and still no error or warning and it solves!

please help me.

I myself have found many things by trial and error but there is still a lot I cant understand.

any answer is highly appreciated.
