Creating sub-volume and calculating mass flux into it

Hi everybody,

I have a 3-d geometry similar to the attached file and want to create sub zones inside this volume(combustor). Than, I need to calculate mass fluxes to inside and outside of created sub-volumes.

Could you guide me that how can I do that in fluent?
