Floating point exception/diversion detected

I am modelling an impinging jet with a high inlet temperature (1000K) at a Reynolds nr of 23000 with the jet diameter as the reference length.

When I try to run the case, it immediately explodes, but when I change only the inlet temperature to 400K, the simulation runs, and seems to keep on running if I stop the analysis and incrementally increase the temperature, it however terminated again when I reach 460K (also floating point error). This is however not a very elegant solution.

Are there settings in FLUENT that I can use to manage this instability?

Thanks in advance.
