Hello Friends,

I am trying a nozzle flow. The following settings have been used here:

Energy equation- on
model-inviscid
courant number- 0.1
inlet- velocity inlet
outlet- pressure outlet
boundary- symmetry
hybrid initialization of two zones (subsonic and supersonic)

The nozzle sketch is uploaded for your convenience.
However, while running the simulation I am getting following error with every iteration:

time step reduced in 162 cells due to excessive temperature change

temperature limited to 1.000000e+00 in 145 cells on zone 10

temperature limited to 5.000000e+03 in 217 cells on zone 10

temperature limited to 1.000000e+00 in 2 cells on zone 11

temperature limited to 5.000000e+03 in 8 cells on zone 11

If anyone can help or suggest me that how to deal with it. I shall be very greatful to him/her. Thanks in advance.

I thought temperature limit error will be disappear after more iteration

Thank you for your quick reply.
But, upto 2000 iteration it was showing like this. However,I will try then with more iteration as per your suggestion.

If the error message is still there after some iterations, it may be better to check the inlet and outlet boundary conditions by 1D analysis to make sure they are reasonable.

Hello friends,

I could able to run an error free simulation but a new problem arised...the continuity equation is not converging and hence I am not gettong converged solution. If anyone can help me with bthis problem!!
