SDES & SBES shielding function

Hi,

Is anyone now the definition of $f_{SBES}$ in SDES ans SBES hybrid RANS turbulence model?

ANSYS help gives it without any explanation.

No I did not, sorry. It seems like only ANSYS knows and doesn't want to share.

Hi,

the shielding function is ANSYS copyright.
During some CFD conferences, Sir Menter said that it is a very complicated shielding function and it will not help user to understand and to know this function.
Moreover, ANSYS is still working on it, this is why it is not published yet. We will have to wait long time I yhink.
