Inlet Boundary Condition on a portion of a Wall.

Hello all,

I am simulating a 3D flow in a reactor chamber that has a very complex geometry. Reactants enter the chamber through rectangular pipe shaped inlets. Now, I have meshed the reactor and ran a simulation. Now, to measure the effect of inlet geometry, I am thinking to modify the inlet geometry as a circular pipe opening into a rectangular slot. So, my question is if I can still retain my rectangular pipe and specify the boundary condition as 'inlet' on only a portion of the rectangular face.

Thanks :)
