Hey guys

I've been trying to understand(in depth) this method. Can someone throw some light on this. I haven't found good literature for this as well...

and a few ansys newsletters are around as well but i'm still not sure of this method. I'm hoping someone will help. Thanks guys!

*** I also wanted to know if this is similar to the Local Time Stepping method that OpenFOAM has.
