Flow over a cable, trying to do structured meshing

Dear all,

I am working on my dissertation on flow over a cable. I have done the analysis but but I couldm't do the proper mesh. I am after the structured mesh and I cant seem to find the technique behind this.

Can someone please help me with this and also can someone please share their email address so that I can send you my files to have a look at it.

what program are you using to mesh?
