Hello,
I am trying to simulate 2D Airfoil in Fluent (SST turbulence transition, incompressible, Re=3 mil., various AoA). When I initialize solution I got warning massage in Fluent:

Limited wall distance for 234 cells to 1.000000e-12

C-mesh was done in ICEM CFD (50 chord lenghts in circular direction and 75 chord lenghts on the back). First cell height from airfoil wall is set to 8e-07 because of the correct Y+ value for turbulence model (Y+<1). There was no any problem in ICEM CFD, quality was good (skewness, quality, determinant etc...).

When I plot Cell Wall Distance along airfoil surface in Fluent, I see that too many cells have height far lower than specified value of 8e-07. Fluent limited cell heights to lowest value of 1e-12.

I tried several things in ICEM CFD to avoid this problem:
1. Changed first cell height from 5e-07 to 1e-06
2. Changed cell ratio (from airfoil) from 1.029 to 1.054
3. Changed number of nodes in circular direction from 300 to 600
4. Changed triangulation tolerance from 1e-03 to 1e-09
But there was always the same warning in Fluent - just the number of cells with limited wall distance was changed (roughly between 200 and 500 cells with limited wall distance were found in Fluent during these changes).

Geometry was done as 2D surface model (saved as parasolid .x_t file), imported in Design modeler where named selections were set and then imported in ICEM CFD for meshing.
