Converging problems in modeling double pipe heat exchanger

Dear guys,
In fact I am modeling a double pipe heat exchanger using Fluent. Unfortunately the problem does not converge and the residual values do not decrease well (as shown in attached figures). Moreover the pressure domain is not solved and remains constant and is equal to initial values. Would you please help me to solve this problem? Sincerely yours |

Can you post your simulation files? It would be easier for everyone to help.
