Default Setting both Velocity&Pressure Inlet

Hi all,
I'm new in Fluent Ansys and I'm working in 2D incompressible, I'd just want to know if there is a method allowing me to set both pressure and velocity inlets at the same connector(mesh created in Pointwise).
