I jus made a line on the surface of chimney and tried to calculate force perpendicular to direction of flow on that line

Did you want to get the lift up force and moment by the wind induction?

What model (DPM or VOF) to simulate the pollutant dispersion?

I'm using vof model. no slip condition for chimney wall and slip condition with no shear stress component for atmosphere boundary
