Two domains in Fluent
Hello All,
I am relatively new to fluent so please pardon my inexperience. The simplified model which captures the problem of my main problem is like this: There are two domains both have fluid as air. I have two velocity inlets (BC 2m/s) two both domains, and two outlets. The two domains share a interface. and have wall at the opposite side. I used default parameters and solvers. When the simulations starts the velocity goes haywire, like 4000 m/sec and does not come down with 40k-50k steps. Surprisingly, when I only have one domain, there is no problem. There is something I am not able to correct/capture for two domains. Thanks |

Thanks!!
I found the error was outlet conditions. The sum of weighting funcition of the two fluids should have been 1, mine was adding upto 2. Thanks again. |
