How to control reverse flow and obtain convergence

Hi,
I am running DPM simulation and facing reverse flow in the outlet. I have set the residual convergence criteria as .000001 and solution does not converged. How can I fix the problem?

The number of nodes is 400000. I run sever case like 500000, 600000, 700000, 800000, 900000. I checked the mesh quality. The orthogonal quality is .3 and max skewness value is .81.

Do you have any suggestion, how can I obtain the convergence.

Thanks

In what way is it not converged, can you elaborate a bit?
