Default How can I get the adjacent cells of interface?

Tigers is on a distinguished road
There are two bodies in my grid, one is porous and the other is fluid. And there is one interface between these two bodies. How can I get the adjacent cells of this interface in the two bodies?

You can set interior boundary between fluid and porous.
