3D simulation of vertical axis helical turbine

Presently I am doing 3d transient simulation on vertical axis helical water turbine. But I am getting NEGATIVE Cm value. please help me out. Again I am calculating Cm from the mean Cm at different time steps that has been saved in txt. format.
