Problem in dynamic meshing

I am doing peristaltic flow analysis in a 2D channel. In this simulation a sinusoidal wave is propagated at the channel upper wall as shown in the attached image. For this purpose a UDF is used. When I compile the UDF and set up dynamic meshing for the given flow field, I can't see any wall motion at all. I have tried smoothing layering and remeshing with different combinations as suggested in ANSYS fluent user's guide and here on this forum. But I am unable tp see any deformation/motion of the wall.
I don't know whether it is a problem in my UDF or I am not properly setting up the dynamic meshing.
I am desperately in need of any useful suggestions.
