I want to simulate nanofluid flow in a double pipe counter flow heat exchanger with hot water as outer fluid. The main objective is to observe the pressure drop and Nusselt number with Reynolds Number(Turbulent Flow). It converged for laminar flow but showing reverse flow problem for Turbulent.

Mesh Used:Fine,Default Mapped Face Meshing
BC:Hot Inlet-Velocity Inlet
Cold Inlet-Velocity Inlet
Hot and cold outlet are both outflow
