Some problems in Fluent,Turbulence Viscosity Ratio/ads-0/Face handedness/floating poi
Hi,
I am working on simulation of 3D heat exchanger,recuperator, and analysis of flow,turbulence etc.Both internal and external are available. I have check mesh and the results: Min skewness :2.699e-4 Max skewness: 0.9688 Min orthogonal quality:0.100481 Max. orthogonal quality : 0.99966 ( I have press control and would like to change max. orthogonal quality as 0.1 is but can't enable me to change it) in boundary conditions of external flow I have changed turbulence viscosity and ratio %1 Maximum aspect ratio : 4.16e+1 Turbulence solver: K-epsilon and energy equation Solver:Pressure based and steady state Pressure-Velocity-Coupling : Coupled Gradient: Green Gauss Node Based Pressure :Standart Momentum-Turbulent-Energy: First Order Upwind Solution Methods: High order term relaxation : 0.1 all variables Solution Control : Courant Number :30 and in URF turbulence kinetic energy/viscosity/dissipation rate :0.1 in boundary conditions of external flow I have changed turbulence viscosity and ratio %1 in boundary conditions of internal flow I have changed turbulence viscosity %1 and ratio 10 When I have initiated ''Hybrid Initialization, has been shown photos below. https://imageshack.com/i/paPEEpJup https://imageshack.com/i/p5A9witGp https://imageshack.com/i/p3spc5GOp I would be happy If anoyne can help me. |
