I been modeling a 90 degree elbow(single phase). And I need the results in the first layer(which is 0.006mm high because I try to make y+=1).
When the height of first layer about 0.2mm, I can draw a interface(0.2mm away from wall) in ICEM using mesh merge(dividing the elbow into two parts, one stands for the outer elbow has a thickness about 0.2mm),but when it is 0.006mm, it seems ICEM can't draw that face. So I wondering if there are other ways to get such a face, which I can use to do further research. Or what should I do in Fluent or other software? Best. zhixin |
