Hello, Fluent users,

I'm trying to simulate air-water flow in simple lectangular channel.
The channel is 1 m long, 0.1 m wide.
Water is moving, and air is stantionary.
What I want to simulate that water velocity is 0.05 m/s in the inlet and water level is maintained 0.05 m along the channel.
I set k-epsilon turbulence model and PISO method.

BC's
inlet - mass flow inlet - water - 0.15 kg/s
inlet - mass flow inlet - water - air - 0 kg/s
inlet - open channel - free surface level - 0.05 m
outlet - pressure outlet - gauge pressure 0
outlet - open channel - free surface level - 0.05 m
top - preesure outlet - gauge pressure 0
others - smooth wall

It's converged.

But the velocity profile at the outlet is weird. The air velocity near the free surface at outlet is ten times larger then water velocity.

Is it possible? or What should I change?
