Default Boundary condition not met, although fully converged

Dear all,

I have implemented a scalar for concentration and put boundary conditions on all boundaries for this scalar.
My model represents an arterial wall where drug is distributed from a stent. Near the end of the arterial wall I put a boundary condition that states the concentration is always zero. (as if there was an infinite sink, is this true?)

However in my solution my boundary condition: UDS0 constant value = zero, is not met at all.
The solution is fully convergent.

Anybody any idea, how this can happen?? And what do I have to do to force this boundary condition upon fluent more than I already have?
Is there an order, which boundary conditions are met first?

OUTPUT FILE:
User Scalar 0 boundary condition: Specified Flux [yes] no
User Scalar 0 boundary condition: Specified Value [no] yes
Use Profile for User Scalar 0 value? [no] no
User Scalar 0 value [0] 0

Someone came up with the suggestion that the concentration is over specified, because there are boundary conditions on all boundaries. However FLuent requires these boundary conditions, and else will put them by default on flux=zero.

Thank you very much.
