simulate the melting of Phase Change Material in ansys fluent

hi, does anyone know how to simulate the melting of Phase Change Material in ansys fluent. i would like to know the step to setup the solution. i am a new user of ansys, and this is my college project. thx in advance

You should take a look at the Chapter 24 of the Fluent Tutorial Guide (modelling solidification). That should give you a nice introduction to the problem of melting/solidifying of metal.
I think I also saw some tutorials online on melting of ice in Fluent, try Googling that.
