Velocity field not divergence-free for incompressible flow

Hello,
I am running a steady simulation in fluent for 3D incompressible flow (air with constant density) in a duct with obstacles using
  • RANS k-omega SST
  • Pressure velocity coupling - PISO
  • Gradient - Least Square Cell
  • Pressure - standard
  • Momentum, TKE, SDR - First Order Upwind

The solution is converged with the Residual for continuty 1e-06, velocities 2e-09.

But when I check the velocity field for divergence-free in paraview (dU/dx+dV/dy+dW/dz). I see that this condition is not satisfied and the values are far from zero near the obstacales in the flow giving sinks and sources. I am wondering if there is a way to impose a divergence-free conditon in fluent?
