Collect transient results CFD POST

Hi
Sorry for my ignorance I am beginner.
I am working on Oil and water emulsion separation in batch process. I am using Eularian multi phase model coupled with population balance model. I am using transient simulation. I want to get a time based contour of volume fraction. I need to get a contour just like the attached pictures.
Kindly guide me.
