Shalabh is on a distinguished road
I have been doing simulation of wet air containing water mists on a hot flat plate. My main objective is to calculate the Nusselt Number. As the water droplet concentration is very less compared to air concentration, I am using Discrete Phase Model (DPM). I have set particle type as Droplet and have used group injections in the beginning of the plate. However, on calculation Nusselt Number values are coming to be inaccurate (I have even tried finding them directly from Wall heat flux as given in ANSYS Manuals).

On tracking individual particles of injection, I can see that the results seem to be correct only when particles injected in the cell layer in immediate contact of flat plate, lie in the same cell layer (i.e. they don't escape into above cell layers due to buyoancy) and till when they are not evaporated. I think that ANSYS is not able to account the evaporation happening in above cell layers, in increasing the nusselt number of the plate.

Can anybody please give me an idea about what could possibly be going wrong?
