Default Importing a structured mesh into Fluent

Hi, I'm having problems importing a 3-blocks 2D structured mesh. The 3 mesh files are builded as follows :

IL JL KL x1 y1 x2 y2 ... ... xN yN

How can I import these meshes into Fluent 5 and/or Gambit ?
