Default Setting up and exporting lift & drag coefficients

I am using Fluent5.3 to model a section through a windsurf fin as part of my final year project at The University Of Sheffield, UK. I have two problems:

1: Does anyone have any suggestions about amendments to the 'Reference Values' for obtaining the lift and drag coefficients, apart from the density and viscosity?

2: Is there any macro that I can use to extract this information from the data files without having to point and click on the 'Force Reports' menu?

Thank you for your time

Alex
