Meshing a natural convection problem

Hi, This is urgent, anyone has any idea of how to model natural convection inside a square enclosure which has a partial dividing wall attached to one of the sides?? Actually i am having difficulty in meshing the geometry itself. Gambit is not able to mesh the geometry considering the inner wall as a unit, it always ignores it. Thanks for your help. sandeep

Re: Meshing a natural convection problem

It appears that the inner wall is not part of your model topologically. Please make sure that it is part of the volume (in 3d) or face (in 2d) that you are meshing. For most of the mesh schemes (other than TGrid), you would need to split the region in smaller domains utilizing the inner wall.
