Dear all
I have a 3D simulation of a burner in fluent where I want to average the results in spanwise direction. I know I have to define multiple surfaces perpendicular to that direction and just sum them up. However, I don't know how to sum these surfaces up to have the averaged surface. Can anybody help? With kind regards |

Okay so you created a bunch of surfaces? You can do surface integrals on each of these and get an average on each? Where are you stuck? I can't understand where you are stuck. What do you mean by sum up the surfaces? Why would you want to do that? That's not a spanwise average.
