I am looking for some commercial software or code that can model rheology of screen printing process.

If your fluid is solder paste, you could try FLUENT or FIDAP to model it as a non-Newtonian fluid. If the viscoelasticity of the solder paste is significant, you may want to try POLYFLOW. Good luck.
