Hi all

In my 3D simulation, Fluent is not allowing the flow across the non-overlapping portion of the interface that used for non-conformal meshing. What can I do overcome this situation?

Thanking you,

Remesh.

It has changed the non overlapping portions to wall zones. That is why there is no fluid flow across that portion. When you create a new mesh you can spilt the wall zones at the point where the non-overlapping portion begins

Hi Michael,

Is it true that the non-overlapped portion of the mesh has been transformed to wall? In that case, can i change the automatically generated wall to some other zone type so that the flow will not be affected?

Thanks, Ramesh.
