I want to simulate a evaporative cooling model in fluent. there is air coming from one side of evaporative pad. I want to give mass transfer coefficient to solid pad. Then i want to simulate the air coming out from other side of the wall. what type of model should i use? For moist air which model should I use?

Thanking you in advance.

I think rather than having a mass transfer on a "solid plate" what you should try is a porous wall. i.e. a wall that permits mass-flow across the wall.

If only gas phase, you can use the species transport model and specify air & water-vapor. If gas-liquid then you need to use a multipase model (VOF should work).
