Turbulent intensity and turbulent dissipation
I want to know how I can estimate the backflow turbulent kinetic energy. I have already estimated the inflow conditions with some equations I have found in the fluent manual, but I didn't find something for the backflow k and e. Unfortunatly I can't find some values in literature. Any ideas?

As a first shot I'd use the same as what you have on the inlet. If you want to be more accurate you can do the same kind of estimate as you did on the inlets using estimated turbulence levels, length scales and velocities. However, hopefully you will not have any backflow in your final soluation and then it doesn't matter what you set k and epsilon to on the outlets.
