Is there any way of converting from structured grid to unstructure grid? I need to improve grid density near outlet and inlet structures which have detail beyond current grid.

maybe you can go to tgrid and manipulate there

If you are using fluent 5.x you can use the adaptation tool in order to refine mesh, even if you are working with a structurated one
