Who knows something about the turbo-meshing-tool in gambit ? When does it work ?

Can you specify the Gambit version you're running? I've never heard about that tool either. I would be interested to get informations.

Gambit/Turbo has not been released as yet. It will be available with upcoming release of Gambit (expected to be released in first quarter of 2001).
