Data file format

Can anybody send me the format of data file used in Fluent 5.4 or where can I found it?

Hi I also have similar problem and asking help to anyone who knows how to get result files (velocity, pressure, temperature field) after iteration. I'm a former Phoenics user and new as Fluent user (5.4 version). I get display of dependent variable fields but I can read values of .dat file. Thanks
