how to set the porous boundary condition

I want to set the porous zone to have the filter character, but I do not know how to set it.

Re: how to set the porous boundary condition

If I understand your intention, you are trying to use a porous medium to trap particles in tour simulation. You can't do this with FLUENT, which models porous media as an additional sink term on the momentum equation.

Use the Porous Jump BC and set the DPM condition to "Trap"
