What zhe meaning of "time step reduced in 2 cells" when fluent is iterating?

(1). I think, when the programmer was doing the code checkout, he printed the message after some calculations or the if statement, so that he could determine whether the logic was executed or not. (2). My feeling is, it is probably not intended for the user of the code. It is telling the programmer that something has happened. (most likely, it is heading in the wrong direction, the solution is diverging.)
