Default Outlet vent boundary conditions

Hi! I'm working in a simulation with internal flow and I would like to know how to use the "Outlet vent boundary conditions" because I have been reading the user's guide and It's not clear at all. I don't understand the meaning of "gauge pressure" here.

Gause pressure is zero for atmospheric pressure.

Thanks but I knew this before.My question is what is the relation between Onlet Vent and a ventilator.And then what is the different between Outlet pressure an Otlet vent
