Yes. Select 'Define -> Profiles...'

This will open the Boundary Profiles panel. Select 'Write...', select the surface that you want to export and which values. This will create an ASCII file that you can process with another package such as Excel.

Another way of doing this:

Select 'Plot -> XY Plot...' which will open the Solution XY plot. Select the X and Y axis values that you want to export, and then check the 'Write to File' box. This will also create an ASCII file.

You just recommended wall or intentially created point/line of interior region. Can I import calculated result for whole interior region?

Thanks
