Default Flat Plate And LES

I am modeling laminar flow past a flat plate. Using Blausius's solution, I can obtaint the boundary layer thicknesses and the CD. I compare these results to my steady solutions in Fluent. When I select the laminar and k-epsilon RNG model, I match Blausius's solution. But when I try Large Eddy Simulation, which will be unsteady without choice, I have difficulties. I have trouble converging the solution, and obtaining accurate Cd values. I believe that lamainar flow can be modeled with some accuracy when using LES with low value turbulent boundary conditions, but I cannot get this to work. Please help me so I can move on to further solutions with LES.
